Looks like a rear-opening rather than suicide/coach-style door. Like the Rolls-Royce Ghost and Bugatti Atlantic than Lincoln Continental.

They may be right. We put her on the fake log in the fireplace one night. When we turned the log light on, it looked a demon from hell.

Yep. I like that idea, it seems a more natural arm movement when it’s rear-hinged.
